Kogalniceanu Street which spans the southern edge of the City Centre is a vibrant academic place, with many layers of history. Our solution was mainly to recreate the old atmosphere before it became a parking space by using the same material which gave its uniqueness. Thus the sollution is an articulation of spaces dominated by riverstone with focal focal points highlighted by various other materials.
